Why are viewings by appointment only?

As we work from a showroom in our home, we operate a strict appointment only policy. This enables us to concentrate our attention on one client at a time, whilst still enabling us to keep our private life separate from our business life.

How are you able to offer the Elegance Designs range at such a reasonable price?

We buy this range direct from the factory so there are no agents adding their profits to the cost of our gowns. We have full control over the pricing of our gowns and are not forced to sell them at set prices.

Do you keep samples of your gowns for people to try on?

Yes we do. All of the Elegance Designs Collections are available to be tried on. We also have samples of some of the Alyce Prom range.

When are the orders placed with the supplier?

The products only are ordered once full payment has been received. In some special cases we will order once a 50% deposit has been taken. This is subject to managements discretion based upon the item/s being ordered.

How long do the products take to be received?

The delivery times vary from supplier to supplier and collection to collection. However, below are the approximate lead times for items to be received.

Alyce Designs - Most of this range takes around 12 weeks to arrive. Some of the collections are kept in stock by the manufacturer and can therefore be quicker. We will give you an approximate delivery date at the time of order. Sizing is standard, no made to measure.

Elegance Designs - This range takes between 4 to 8 weeks to be received. Rush orders can be made upon request but will attract a $50 fee. Fees are also payable for made to measure gowns, the cost of which is based upon the type of gown being ordered.

All jewellery, tiaras, lingerie and accessories take up to a minimum of 4 weeks.
Lingerie is also subject to supplier's availability. All of the lingerie and costumes on the website are kept in stock.
Prompt/Rush delivery orders may be made upon request, however, these special orders are subject to our supplier’s approval and availability and will attract a fee.
